Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous dining hospitality and/or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food for residents and guests in dining rooms and designated areas.
• Provide dining and table service in accordance with Phoenix standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety per regulations.
• Follow approved menus and recipes using Phoenix standardized methods.

The Pearl at Watkins Centre is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!

Shifts Details

Full Time & Part Time available

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Dietary Aide

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
