As an Atlantic Shores Dietary Aide, you will work with the team to ensure our residents have an enjoyable dining experience. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities and a chance to be part of a family-like team. High school and college students are welcome to apply!

Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15.00 and $18.00, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Sunday, hours vary, with availability required between 3 pm and 8 pm.

Additional compensation includes:

• Holiday pay at 1.5x
• Overtime pay at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week

Position Summary

The Dietary Aide performs tasks in accordance with standards and policies, assembling and serving meals, maintaining a sanitary kitchen, and providing customer service. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

• Prepare nourishments, beverages, and snacks as scheduled.
• Set up meal trays and dining tables accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally and answer menu questions.

Education and Experience

Entry-level position; no experience necessary. Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
