Job summary

Hempstead Park Nursing Home is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal preparation and service. The role requires adherence to health standards and use of protective gear. Weekends and holidays are required, with a minimum of 18 hours per week and varied shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting the cook, portioning and delivering meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Prior nursing facility experience is preferred, and high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Long-term skilled dietary aide experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
