The Village of Ackley is seeking a caring Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup for residents in a continuing care setting.

You'll help maintain a welcoming dining experience, follow safety practices, and work in a fast-paced team environment. This role is ideal for students or those starting in healthcare or food service, with opportunities for growth within Western Home Communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Scheduling requirements: Regular attendance and punctuality; every other weekend and holiday.
