Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Scheduling requirements: Regular attendance and punctuality; every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area for meals at designated times.
• Assist in meal service and ensure proper portions and presentation.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen tools, and food service areas.
• Interact positively with residents and staff during meal prep and service.
• Respond to resident requests in a kind and respectful manner.
