Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dietary aide to support food preparation, serving meals to patients and staff in a nursing center and at special events. The role includes assisting the cook, labeling nourishments, and portioning desserts and salads.

The ideal candidate has good communication skills, reads English for business needs, and understands sanitation and safety. Prior experience in food service or long-term care is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Objective

Performs a variety of tasks usually not requiring cooking skills in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to patients and staff in the nursing center and other special events.

Food Preparation/Production Responsibilities
