Job summary

Lotus Village Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sparta, NC is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to assist with meal service and resident dining needs. You will help prepare dining areas, serve meals, and ensure safety and hospitality for our residents.

Responsibilities include following dietary orders, maintaining records, and collaborating with dietary and nursing teams to deliver excellent resident-focused service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent resident service.
• A positive and compassionate attitude toward working with seniors.

• Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams to provide excellent service to our residents.
