Job summary

Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our food services team. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and delivery while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the Dietitian and Food Services Director to support high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for residents. A sign-on bonus and competitive wages are available with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report concerns or issues to the Dietitian or Director of Food Services.
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other members of the care team.
• Follow all applicable safety and workplace policies.

Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team. In this role, you’ll help prepare, serve, and deliver meals and snacks to our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a healthcare food-service environment and may involve:

• Working around hot food, kitchen equipment, and warm areas.

• Exposure to food odors and frequent interruptions.

• Potential workplace hazards such as slips, falls, and burns.

All employees are expected to follow appropriate safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
