HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our hospital culinary team on site. Under the guidance of the chef/production manager, you will prepare fresh salads, vegetables, entrees, and desserts for the cookline while following recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salad items, dressings, relishes, and other items according to production lists.
• Prepare entrees, vegetables, breads, and desserts for the cookline.
• Follow company recipes and guidelines to prepare all food items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.

Location: Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 12.50 USD Hourly Work Shift: Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Under the guidance of the chef/production manager, prepare fresh vegetables for the cookline and prepare and maintain fresh salads, deli items, and ice displays for the cafeteria. Provide excellent service for all patients, visitors, and staff to ensure meal satisfaction.
