Job summary

Ventura Services Florida is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. You will deliver meals and snacks, assist with dietary duties, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen under the supervision of the Dietary Manager.

You’ll ensure meals are prepared and served with care and attention to portion sizes and presentation, in accordance with established policies. This role requires a professional, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication to support residents and families, follow diet

Responsibilities

• Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas as instructed by supervisor.
• Prepare and deliver snacks.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties per established policies and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere recognizing individuals’ needs and rights.
• Assist in dietary functions per regulations and help maintain a clean and safe kitchen under the direction of the Dietary Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:Dietary Aide

• Delivers food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas as instructed by supervisor.
• Prepares and delivers snacks.
• Performs daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures that customer and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.
• Provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed in accordance with established federal, state and local dietary regulations. Assist in preparation, service and delivery of meals and snacks, asssit in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment under the direction of Dietary manager.
