Saratoga View is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide/Server to join our Food and Nutrition Services team. You will help prepare dining areas, serve meals, deliver food to residents, and keep kitchens and dining spaces clean and organized.

High school diploma preferred with a current food handler permit or ability to obtain one. English literacy, reliability, and a patient, team-oriented attitude are essential in a busy healthcare setting. Weekend/holiday Availability may be required.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals according to established portion sizes and dietary requirements.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining areas, and serving areas.
• Assist with checking dietary trays before meals are delivered.
• Deliver meals and food carts to designated areas.
• Collect meal trays and food carts and return them to the kitchen.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Sweep and mop floors and remove garbage as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked food storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Treat residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
