• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse properly.
• Manage supplies, ensuring proper rotation and delivery of food and supplies.
• Prepare foods according to menus and recipes in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
• Sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.
