Position Summary

Under general supervision, performs various jobs for patient food preparation. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: None
• PREFERRED EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: NA
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year in patient-feeding food service establishment
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District
