Details about the Dietary Aide position:

As a Dietary Aide, you will work closely with our dining services team. Responsibilities include setting and bussing tables, washing dishes, assisting the cook as needed, completing cleaning duties, and providing excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required licenses and certifications as mandated by state licensing authorities; maintaining continuing education.
• Preferred: Six (6) months' experience in food service.
• Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality and privacy.
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.
