Position Overview

Our Dietary Aides strive to provide the best culinary experience and ensure satisfaction is a top priority. Our patients look forward to their meals every day, and we aim to provide them with great food that invokes happiness and joy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wages at $15.15 per hour, with potential to start at $16.00 per hour
• Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour
• Yearly wage increases

Scheduling

• 8-hour shifts
• Full-time
• Day shifts, no late nights

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation following all guidelines and regulations
• Plate food and assemble trays
• Assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors
