Dietary Aide - Full time, 36 hrs/week, 12-hour shifts, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every other weekend.

The Food Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining sanitation in the department and food service areas for patients, visitors, and staff. Duties include routine food serving, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas, dishes, equipment, utensils, and pots and pans. This position reports to the Cook in the absence of the Dietary Director and/or Supervisor.
