Benchmark Senior Living's Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join a premier life care community. This role provides dining service to residents, follows therapeutic diet orders, and supports a clean, cheerful dining environment.

This full-time or part-time position requires weekend availability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and quality. Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $18.25, with company benefits and training offered.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department guidelines for food service.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages promptly.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides dining service to Residents, guests and family members as needed.
• Prepares trays and serves food according to menus and following therapeutic diet orders.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Maintains all side stations and dining areas using the 'clean as you go' policy.
• Keeps work areas clean and maintains sanitary conditions.

We’re seeking Dietary Aides who share our passion and commitment to making Meadow Ridge the Benchmark for providing service and care service to our residents.

FT and PT opportunities available

Weekend availability required.
