Benchmark Senior Living’s Meadow Ridge community in Redding, CT is seeking compassionate CNAs for Part Time and Full Time roles. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting, assisting with daily activities and reporting changes to staff. CT CNA certification is required.

Hourly Wage: $21- $22.25 dependent upon date of certification

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
