Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Prepare meals under supervision
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms and times
• Clear dining areas and collect used dishes and utensils
• Dispose of leftovers and take out trash
• Clean food stations and wash dishes and utensils
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• Maintain kitchen equipment and appliances

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dietary aide
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Ability to operate cooking appliances and equipment
• Good communication skills and friendliness
• Physical stamina and good condition
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus
• Criminal background check required
