Job summary

HHS at Luther Oaks Internal TSOL seeks a Patient Ambassador to support our dietary team by assisting patients with menu selections and delivering meals on time while providing friendly, compassionate service. You will ensure meals meet orders and dietary needs, deliver menus, collect feedback, and help with food preparation and station duties.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available across day, evening and night, with required background checks and proof of employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
