Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC, on behalf of Luther Oaks, is seeking a Patient Ambassador to join the dietary team. The role supports patients by assisting with menu selection and delivering meals with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

We offer flexible shifts (Day/Evening/Night), hourly pay of $19, and required background check and verification. Ideal candidates are friendly, team players with strong English communication and good personal hygiene.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
