Job summary

HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) in Bloomington, IL, is hiring a friendly Dietary Aide to join the culinary team. You will assist patients with menu selections and deliver meals promptly, ensuring accuracy and great service.

We offer day, evening, and night shifts with full-time and part-time positions. Must be 18+, English-speaking, and able to lift up to 50 pounds; prior culinary experience is preferred. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
