Job summary

Southeast Rehab is seeking dietary aides to join our dining team. Full-time and part-time roles available with weekly pay at $16 per hour. On-the-job training provided. 6a-2p shift available for full-time.

Southeast Rehab is looking for a full-time and part-time dietary aides to join our dining team!

Weekly pay at $16 an hour. No experience is necessary. On-the-job training provided. Full-time opening on 6a-2p.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Identify residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist residents with the selective menu process.
• Update meal tickets based on preference, menu selections, and diet/supplement orders.
• Must be able to provide point-of-service meal delivery.
• Other duties assigned as necessary.

Specific Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to follow oral and written communication.
• Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of the dining service areas; must perform regular inspections of dietary services areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
• Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing dietary practices.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
