• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and workspaces.
• Operate dietary equipment safely and record food, beverage, and equipment temperatures.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Transport meal carts and food trucks throughout the facility safely.
• Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests when possible.
• Follow food safety, infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Report equipment issues and resident concerns to the supervisor.

Dietary Aide
Rate: $16/hour(depending on experience)
Shift: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
Schedule: 6 am - 2 pm

• Assist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and proper storage of food and supplies

• Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests whenever possible
• Follow food safety, infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and procedures
• Report equipment issues, hazards, accidents, and resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and staff
• Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
