Job summary

Waterview Nursing Care Center is seeking dedicated dietary aides to join our team as full-time and part-time positions. You will work alongside our Dietary Managers and Chefs to help prepare meals for residents and patients, following established procedures and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving meals, taking inventory, assisting with menu planning with Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors, and supporting nutrition education programs while ensuring cleaner dining areas and cost

• Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
• Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
• Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
• Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities, including state-specified rules and regulations
• Setting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
• Assisting with educational programs on nutrition
• Planning menus alongside Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors
• Tracking expenses

Waterview Nursing Care Center is a dynamic skilled nursing and rehab center. We are currently looking for Fulltime and partime dietary aides .

Our Dietary aides works alongside our Dietary Managers and Chefs to help prepare food for residents and patients. They often have the following responsibilities:
