The Allure Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves serving meals, assisting with meal setup and cleaning, and supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely, sanitary service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties.

• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Prepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines.
• Ensure that food and supplies for meals are readily available.
• Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary.
