Job summary

The Allure Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team in Brooklyn, NY. The role supports meal service, sanitation, and meal setup to enhance resident well-being and comfort.

You will assist cooks, prepare meals, manage menus, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness in a compassionate, patient-centered environment at our Brooklyn facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in accordance with established portion control procedures
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructed
• Assist cook in preparing meals
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary
• Prepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines
• Ensure that food and supplies for meals are ready available
• Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food, supplies, etc. as necessary

Education

Dietary Aide Responsibilities
