Job summary

The Allure Group is seeking a Diet ary Aide to join our Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brooklyn, NY. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in meal service, meal preparation, and daily cleaning tasks to support residents’ nutrition and comfort. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in accordance with established portion control procedures
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructed
• Assist cook in preparing meals
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary
• Prepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines
• Ensure that food and supplies for meals are readily available
• Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary

Dietary Aide Responsibilities
