Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to join our team in New York. You will perform defined dietary tasks, assist the cook with meal preparation and service, and ensure meals are delivered on schedule while maintaining clean, welcoming dining areas for residents.

Responsibilities include following federal, state, and local long-term care regulations, adhering to department policies, stocking supply areas, and participating in ongoing training to support quality

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary service is preferred.

• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Set dining rooms for resident service.
• Serve meals.
• Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Dietary Supervisor.
