Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking team members for dietary service roles within a facility. The position involves assisting with meal preparation and serving, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and department policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work using dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.
• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Set dining rooms for resident service.
• Serve meals.
• Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Dietary Supervisor.
