Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is looking for a Dining Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. In this role, you will help ensure the dining room runs smoothly, while providing outstanding service. Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with meal preparations, and maintaining cleanliness. Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of food service experience and the ability to lift heavy objects. A culture of inclusion and growth opportunities awaits you.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability for weekends and holidays.

• Coordinate with seaters to assist servers and kitchen staff.
• Prepare, stock, serve, and clean up after meals.
• Ensure adequate nutritional intake for residents.
• Answer phones and follow up on requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

How you will make an impact

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff

• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays

Compensation: $17-$20/hour
