Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Ann's Choice location invites you to join as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department. You will help ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly and deliver a great dining experience for residents.

As part of our team, you will greet residents, coordinate with seaters and servers, assist with prep, stocking, service, and post-meal cleanup, and help maintain front-of-house cleanliness. Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run efficiently.

• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

How You Will Make An Impact

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays
