Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal service and dining-room operations for our residents. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, sanitation, and safe handling of food and equipment, delivering warm, patient-centered care in a team environment.

This part-time role offers flexible hours (10-20 per week), competitive hourly pay ($18–$21.50) based on experience, and comprehensive benefits through our 603 Healthcare family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive, dependable approach to working with residents and coworkers.
• Food-service or healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident meal and snack service.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas.
• Check trays for accuracy before delivery.
• Help ensure meals are served on time and at appropriate temperatures.
• Deliver and remove trays and food carts.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment.
• Clean work areas, floors, refrigerators, freezers, and food-storage areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining food and supplies.
• Follow sanitation, infection-control, emergency, and safety procedures.
