Job summary

Paradigm at Creekside in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will support dining services by setting up areas, assisting with meal preparation under supervision, and delivering meals to residents at scheduled times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handler certification per state requirements; ServeSafe preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under dietary manager and cook supervision.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, dishes, trash, etc.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food prep areas, kitchen, dishes and equipment.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Ensure meals meet residents' diet orders and instructions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and supervisors.
