Position Details:

• Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
• Full-Time Dietary Aide with a $1,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
• Part-Time Dietary Aide with a $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include:

• Handling food, dishes, and equipment safely and hygienically
• Preparing resident trays as instructed
• Stocking food storage areas and refrigerators
• Delivering food, nourishments, and supplies
• Fostering a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Participating in quality improvement activities (QAPI)
• Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Demonstrating organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Working independently and making decisions in emergencies
• Creating a resident-centered environment
