Mount Carmel Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is hiring a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This 120-bed facility provides short-term rehab and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare environment.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare and deliver resident meal trays according to prescribed diets and portion standards.
• Set up and clean dining rooms and meal service areas.
• Assist residents during meal service as needed.
• Transport food carts, trays, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Clear and sanitize dining areas following meals.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the Dietary and Nursing teams to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents.

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. As a premier 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing center in Manchester, New Hampshire, Mount Carmel provides exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services in a warm, supportive environment.

Schedule

Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

• Monday through Friday
• 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Every weekend required
• Consistent schedule with opportunities to support a dynamic dining services team
