Responsibilities may include:
  1. Preparing and serving meals for residents based on a planned menu
  2. Monitoring and supervising dietary aides and helping when/where needed
  3. Opening/closing the kitchen and turning on/off equipment
  4. Completing daily cleaning assignments per the cleaning schedule
  5. Recording meal temperatures
  6. Recording refrigeration and freezer temperatures
  7. Preparing supplements and special items for trays
  8. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Dietary Manager
