HHS is seeking a Patient Ambassador at Bon Secours Regional Medical Center Lorain to support the dietary team by assisting patients with menu selections and delivering meals on a 12-hour shift schedule. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality patient service and adherence to health and safety standards.

The position requires effective English communication, teamwork, and a preference for culinary experience within healthcare or hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

We're looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.
