Job summary

Laramie Health and Rehabilitation in Laramie, WY is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. You will read production orders on tray cards, assemble meals with utensils, napkins, and condiments, and ensure trays are served at the correct temperature and presentation.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Laramie Health and Rehabilitationis currently looking for aDietary Aideto join our dietary department. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Our enhanced dining program provides culinary excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards

• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.

• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.

• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.

• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.

• Washes dishes and cleans work area

• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Required:Food Handlers' Permit

• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety

• Interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail

• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.
