Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN. This role supports our dietary team by assisting with food preparation, meal service, and sanitation to ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Part-Time
Assist with meal service in a timely and courteous manner
Support the cook with meal preparation as directed
Serve food trays in dining rooms and resident areas and transport trays to the dishwashing area
Clean and sanitize worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen equipment
Follow all dietary policies, procedures, food safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Work cooperatively with dietary staff to provide quality service to residents
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
