Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide to welcome residents with hospitality as part of the Nutrition Services team. You will help prepare and serve meals, assist with dining room setup and cleanup, and participate in light cooking and kitchen prep tasks under supervision.

This entry-level role offers day-one training, competitive benefits, and a team-oriented work environment across multiple campuses. Minor work-permit requirements may apply in some states.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager. Main duties include preparing and serving meals and assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining room. Performs some short order cooking and a variety of prep tasks in the kitchen.

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed

Pay Range

$15.58 - $21.48 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
