Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, assist with seating, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly. May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and basic food preparation.

We value sanitation, a strong work ethic, and a compassionate, team‑oriented attitude. Weekend and holiday rotation is required; prior restaurant serving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
