Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Gillette, Wyoming is hiring a Dietary Aide to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables while upholding sanitation standards.

The role may involve assisting with cleaning, dishes, and light food preparation. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. PTO and insurance options are offered.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification mandatory or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat and assist residents as needed and deliver meals.
• Remove dinnerware from tables in a timely manner.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes and food preparation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:
