Responsibilities

• Handle and store all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines
• Assist with food preparation as assigned by supervisor
• Prepare food items following standardized recipes and safe handling practices
• Set up the food tray line
• Assemble diet trays and deliver tray carts to dining areas or units
• Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment according to procedures
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks

Qualifications
