Job summary

HHS is seeking friendly, compassionate culinary team members to join the dietary team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. You will assist patients with menu selections, deliver meals, and provide outstanding service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Full-time positions with Day/Evening/Night shifts are available. Background checks, drug screens, and proof of eligibility in the U.S. are required. This role emphasizes teamwork, hygiene, and adherence to health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
