Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead the hospital food service team at Winston Medical Center. You will ensure accuracy in patient meals and timely delivery while delivering excellent patient-centered service.

The role requires supervising staff, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary director. Day/Evening/Night shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time opportunities in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team in a hospital food service setting.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operation of patient meals and diet adherence.
• Ensure every patient receives meals accurate to their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at the facility.

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Location: Winston Medical Center.

Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 17.00 USD.

Hourly Work Shift: Based on facility's needs (United States of America).

Culinary Supervisor Wage: $17/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment

Preferred

• 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
