Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is hiring for a patient meal ambassador at Raleigh General Hospital. You’ll assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals promptly, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.

Must be 18+, maintain hygiene, and communicate in English while thriving in a team environment. Full-time and part-time shifts available; benefits include PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and more. Background checks and eligibility proof required.

Qualifications

• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team! As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Responsibilities

• Patient Ambassador Wage: $15.50/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: Raleigh General Hospital

• Provide excellent customer service for all patients

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
