Job summary

Serenity Estates of Freeport is seeking a Dietary Aide for a part-time shift from 6am to 2pm. You will help with food preparation, service, and maintaining the dining area while supporting a caring team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred to join our resident-focused dining team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including setting up trays, pouring beverages, and delivering meals to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the kitchen, serving areas, and resident dining tables.
• Restock supplies, including linens, china, glasses, and silverware, as needed.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and resident meal preferences.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal delivery and excellent resident satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff.
