Restaura is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support our dining and nutrition team and deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for residents daily. You will work in a fast-paced setting, coordinating with the dietary team to meet dietary needs and ensure excellent hospitality.

The role emphasizes strong service, teamwork, cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines, with opportunities to participate in events and catering for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dietary services, food service, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service to residents and guests during meal periods.
• Assist with meal service in the dining room and deliver trays to residents.
• Support meal prep, plating, and portioning according to dietary needs and standards.
• Set up, clear, and sanitize dining areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, dining, and dish areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Restock supplies, beverages, and condiments to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to create an efficient, welcoming dining experience.
• Communicate resident preferences and needs to support personalized service.
• Assist with special events, catering, and themed dining experiences.

What You’ll Do
