Job summary

Serenity Estates of Freeport is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support residents with meals, tray setup, and dining area upkeep in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you will join a collaborative dietary team focused on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, setting up trays, pouring beverages, and delivering meals to residents
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, serving areas, and resident tables
• Restock supplies including linens, china, glasses, and silverware
• Monitor and maintain records of food temperatures, inventory, and resident meal preferences
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal delivery and resident satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff
